She listened to what our requirements were and focused in on them, Not being from the area, she guided us to where the best places would be with in our budget, away from flood prone areas and away from high traffic areas. `After several false starts (due to sellers) we ultimately found our perfect home that is close to activity centers yet off the main traffic flow. Best of all it is on a main waterway with easy and short access to either the Gulf or Bay entertainment spots. Yesterday we even watched a pod of porpoises swim past our own back yard dock and boatlift.
